The seller gave me a tracking number but I was unable to see EMS status for about a week and when I did it was completely wrong information. They invoice you ASAP and send the item out as soon as possible. (: ❤ Packaging: 5/5 - I've never had a problem with the two jsks I bought being shipped. They arrived in a timely fashion and themselves wrapped in the slip bag covers inside the package. ♡ Overall experience: 5/5 - What a wonderful experience buying from them! ❤ Additional comments: Haenuli is one of my favourite sellers to buy from.
