They were loose in a box (with no packing material/padding) so I assume that's how they got a big black scuff since item description specifically said "no scuffs". She also sent them 3 days after she said she would (she had said she'd ship the day of payment). Otherwise, I'm happy with item so I'm giving positive feedback.
