Requesting Owner Measurements 2013 Sweet Cream House Re-Release

Hello Ladies and Gents, I'm a pretty new Lolita interested in Sweet Cream House the re-release has listed Measurements of 114(Bust) and (104) Waist and full back SHirring I was wondering if anyone had any idea of the accuracy of those measurements. I've been told that Full back and full shirring pieces the measurements are rarely Accurate. So can

1) you went from metric to American and that's... confusing.
2) 114 cm = 44 inches - if you are a 46 you will be maxed out and rip it. Believe me, when they give it a "max" on a fully shirred, you will get uni boob, which isn't sexy.
3) Don't call yourself a fatty chan. Sure, you're not a little small thing, but don't insult yourself, you're a pretty girl, and i'm sure you have other attributes that add to your awesomeness.

1 Thanks for the help I guess the measurements are quite accurate on this piece.
2 I am certainly a fatty Chan. I am fat its just a descriptor it doesn't mean I'm ugly or any negative thing just that I am not skinny.
3 and yes Uni Boob is very not sexy or cute. I'll keep my eye out for some custom pieces and some taobao and maybe some Baby pieces.

I own it. Those measurements are accurate, but they are the garment max measurements, so you should be at least a few centimeters smaller for it to fit. Newer AP pieces generally have pretty accurate max measurements listed.
