Question about AP sizing

This is my first time posting here :3
Recently I was searching through Hellolace to create a nice wishlist, but I noticed the measurements there are not really accurate since they never (or almost never) include the maximum size :(
In 2 days I discovered that, according to the sellers, 2 of my favorite prints can fit me while I had always thought they'd never fit!
So I have 2 questions regarding AP JSK sand OPs.
When they say there is partial shirring or half-shirring, how many inches more does that give?
And the second is concerning the OP versions.
I have broad shoulders (41-42 cm) and I'd like to know if the shoulders can stretch on OP versions? I have bought one that is marked as 36 cm on Hellolace and I'm hopping there is a chance it will fit me. It's the Dollhouse OP, quite an old print.
