Yes, the widest part of the arm is 16 inches around, and I thiiiiink that's the bicep measurement, haha. (The reason that I'm selling is because it's too big on my arms!)

could you measure the insole for me? I just want to make sure that they are going to fit well.

The insole measures 27 cm long and 9 cm at the widest part. I wear US size 10/Japanese size 26 and they fit me well with a bit of wiggle room.

US size 10.5 or Japanese size 26.5 would also fit these well.
