Scones and things...

I made these really yummy cranberry scones. The recipe I used was a regular bisquit recipe, I just added extra sugar and dried cranberries, and made them into wedges. I think bisquits and scones are the same method-wise, right? I wish I could post pictures, but I can't find my camera :(
