Is there no elastic? In that case, 34-35".
I really think Priority should be $4.80! I can't imagine it weighing over a pound in one of the free Priority envelopes. Am I missing something? (Not trying to be cheap, but I just mailed a ton of stuff and it was almost all 4.80)

Ah, my bad! I haven't shipped anything for a while, and just figured to stick it in a flat-rate box. If you'd prefer the envelope though, then $39.80 it is. ^_^

Do you think it would be possible for me to receive the first skirt by saturday if you use express/overnight shipping (I'd be totally willing to pay for it.) More like, would it be possible for you to ship the first tomorrow? I'm leaving for a week on Sunday and really want to wear it for christmas. >_>
