Measurements are a little difficult since it's adjustable from the ties in the front. It seems to be pretty flexible for the bust and waist because of that.
As far as flaws go, I don't really see any other than a little bit of pilling on the straps. When I purchased this, I failed to see that the seller owns a dog. She didn't really take care to remove dog hair from it.. and I'm trying to handle/move around the top as little as possible because I'm allergic.. I'm sorry I don't have pictures of it being worn because of this.
From the top to the end of the longest piece in the front: 27.5 inches
Top to shorter front portion (side w/ straps) 19.5 inches, but seems like it can be shorter/longer depending on how it hangs on you/how much you adjust the straps
Shoulder to end of sleeve: 23.5 inches
