Excentrique OP that was bought secondhand from Yahoo Japan Auction. Condition is fair as there is some slight staining at the back of the dress although isn't noticeable when worn. No other defects. Asking price of the dress reflects the condition of the dress. Worn once by myself and gently washed and stored.
