First owner, worn only once. Still in great condition. This jsk has a fully lined skirt, detachable waist ties and flower-shaped buttons. It is not shirred and has a zipper on the side. I think the fabric is imported broadcloth from Japan and it is trimmed with black ribbons and cluny lace. Bust: 17~18" | Waist: 14" | Length: 35.5"
