I have a few things I would like to buy. More than anything is a fitting white Lolita blouse (115/125cm), either long or short sleeve. I need strawberry accessories, especially a purse. I have a decent budget right now, but preferably things be priced between $30-$50~ USD. I live in California, so please let me know the shipping costs.

I need these items home before the 7th of February, if at all possible. Willing to commission folks who can make me a blouse in this time frame, too.
