Rosaire temporary ban
This is just a heads up that the user Rosaire, who runs a Japan-based shopping service (facebook group here), has been temporarily banned for not being able to ship out orders that were placed with her. The ban will be lifted when her current orders have been shipped out or resolved.
If you currently have an open transaction with Rosaire please message a mod and let us know the status of your order and keep us updated when it has been resolved so we can know when to lift the ban.
