chichelsea has been permabanned due to scamming. If you are already in the middle of a transaction with her, we urge you to immediately open a PayPal dispute. Please contact a sales comm mod if you have any questions about how to open a dispute.
If you see any suspicious behavior from a user on the comm and have reason to believe that they are connected with a banned account, please report it to us either by PM, through the ARC, or through the anon-enabled ARC.
