What is the origin of the small mark? Do you think it can be removed? How much does it take to get here with the 2nd class recorded service? Thank you!

I'm not actually sure, every time I wore this was during winter and I had a long coat over it most of the time so I think it was already there when I brought it. 2nd class recorded usually aims to get it delivered within 3 days.
