I can get back to you with that within the next couple of hours. I will say it is VERY roomy compared to the blouses. I will have the measurement shortly.
Oh my gosh! The Gray Velvet-accented skirt is absolutely Gorgeous! I would definitely love having such an elegant statement piece like this!! Can i bother you with a few quick questions about it? >,<
By doubling the flat waist measurement, i get 76cm. Do you think it could be cinched in a bit to fit comfortably on a 72cm waist? Or was the measurement you gave already the absolute minimum?
Annnd I was wondering if you would be willing to take a picture of the zipper for me ((just the outside))? I'm sure you're being modest when you say "poorly", but it never hurts to be sure, lol!
I was able to pull in the corset lacing to get a flat 14 inches, with still more room to lace, but it does make a wrinkle in the back of the skirt waist band from lacing it tighter just an fyi. I will upload more pictures for you shortly.
Alright~ I dont think i'd mind a bit of extra wrinkling too much. :> And Thank you so much for going through the trouble for me!
((Also i just realized that my zipper comment could be taken the wrong way!! i meant "i'm sure you're being modest about your sewing skills" as in "it looks better than you make it out to seem." not that "poorly" was any sort of understatement! D: I'm sorry if any of the negative possibilities were how it was understood! I should've considered wording that more clearly..))
Haha, no worries, I knew exactly what you meant! I did not take it the wrong way. This was the first invisible zipper I ever installed, so it is a far cry from the ones I do now unfortunately. The most obvious flaw is at the waistband seam where it connects with the skirt you can see the zipper tape (the black part of the zipper) It is also sewn in very nicely on the right side, but for some reason my invisible zipper foot decided to give it a gap on the left side, so almost all the of the black you see in the picture is from the left side of the zipper tape, not sure how that happened. http://i47.tinypic.com/4kgxp0.jpg
Here is the skirt corseted to fit snugly on my 69cm waist dummy, and I am showing you the 'wrinkle' that forms on the back when corseted this tight for reference on what I was referring to. http://i46.tinypic.com/dll5k7.jpg
I was wondering about that long-sleeved Dear Celine blouse in black...
Right now I'm in a bit of a crunch with bills to pay, but I should have funds available by the start of next month. Would it be alright if I could put down a small deposit for the blouse and you could hold it for me? If not, it's alright - I just figured it'd be best to ask. ^^;
I will wait 24 hours to see if someone would like to pay in full, then we can sort out a deposit, is this acceptable? It would probably only be about 5 usd deposit. Please let me know :)
