Just replying to your comment at the bottom of your post -
Sometimes the rejection messages don't send or end up in the recipient's junk folder, I'm not sure why that happens.
It might have been rejected because your picture is hotlinked. Could you please save the picture and upload it to somewhere like imgur or photobucket please?

Airmail I am afraid takes 2-4 weeks varies. To be fully sure, EMS/DHL is defintely no problem, but around 10 bucks higher.
