!wtb: Sweet or classic lolita JSK, blouse, skirt, & shoes

Ok. So in American clothes, I'm
between a size large and extra large. I've fallen in love with lolita style and
want to start wearing it, and I have scoured the internet and have yet to find
clothes that will fit me. Plus I fail at sewing. Does anyone have any larger
sized JSK's, skirts, blouses/cutsews up for sale? I'm mostly interested in sweet
lolita with a pink, white, or black color scheme, and possibly classic lolita.
Also I'm looking for socks and shoes that will fit my giant feet (size 11 US
women's, and just measured them to be 25 cm long. Wow, that's big).
Here are my measurements:
bust: 43 inches (109.22 cm)
waist: 35.5 inches (90.17 cm)
hips: 43 inches (109.22 cm)
Also: I'm still in high school and my parents are willing to let me spend up
to $200. So nothing too expensive please. X)
EDIT: oh whoopsies. Looks like my feet are 29 cm. 0_o
EDITING ONCE AGAIN to say that I've looked it up thoroughly, and it seems I am a size 27. That makes things a bit easier.
