The meta skirt is on hold. For the JSK, The waist is 15" (it's a high waist), the bust is 17" and the entire length is 32". There's no shirring.

The waist flat is 13", there's a little shirring that stretches about 3". It's about 21" long.

i am interested in your Meta skirt with skirt liner, Have you tired running it through the wash? or the stains are permanent? what have you tired?

I've tried running it through the wash, yes. Something like oxyclean might help?
