Hi! Sorry, I never ended up wearing it but I'm going to take a picture of the pannier under a skirt for the users below so I'll try it on over that for you. Pics should be up in about 20 mins or so. :)

There are 2 pieces, the underskirt, a plain black skirt with some chiffon polka dotted black lace trim, & the apron, a black skirt that goes all the way around the waist with a heart apron top attached to the front. The lace from the underskirt pops out at the bottom of the dress. :) I'm adding pictures of it worn with and without a pannier underneath into the post right now. Take a look at the white pannier just below the apron set to see how it looks worn. :)

I asked my fiance if he liked it since it is a little outside my style (He's in the Navy so his schedule is pretty hectic XD) and he said that he did so I'm trusting him on this!
