Unfortunately I can't. Because of its size it would be about $20 to ship to the states. $40 is a lot less than I'm willing to take.

If the skirt is still available, I'd like to purchase it. Also, do you know any places to get a good petti that doesn't have too much poof?

For that skirt I was wearing a malco modes petticoat. They come in a variety of poof factors. I got mine from candy violet, but you could probably find a better deal on eBay or a number of other reseller sites. I also have a Sam's petticoat which I paid about the same for that is softer. They're worth looking into too. Alternately if you have any vintage shops nearby you might have luck finding one there.
