Without stretching or going to the max on it, what is the minimum bust for the JSK?

When relaxed and not stretching min would be about 86-88cm. You can tear it apart and fix it ^_^! Cute avatar btw :]

In inches, about 4-5inches was added to each side O_O so 80cm + 4-5inches.
