Yes, the sleeves of the bolero are quite stretchy and so is the whole bolero since it's knit. It can easily be worn over a long sleeve blouse.

Since it fits me, I assume it's men's size. I got the men's size winter LP since the female size was way too small for me. Also, the pants button left over right, which is opposite of all my woman's jeans (men's and woman's stuff buttons in opposite directions).
