The absolute cheapest (depending on state) is going to be $6 ground shipping, although I'd suggest paying the extra $1.50 or so for airmail as there's about a two-week or so difference in processing time.

Depending on which state and how quickly you want them, from $6 ground/$7.50 air or about $20 expedited(basically, Priority).

Reasonable shipping options to Austria are:
International Surfacemail-small packet $7 (4-6 weeks)
International Air-small packet $9 (6+ business days)

It will depend on where in the US (which state). You're looking at anywhere from $6 ground/$7.50 air and up.
