thanks for your pm, i didn't get this comment so i'm glad you contacted me through pm! like i said in my comment above the brooch was shipped on tuesday the 6th - economy airmail sent to the usa is supposed to take max. 15 workdays to arrive but in some cases it takes longer than that. ^^

When you payed for the shipping, did they give you a customs number?

nope we don't get any numbers unless i request a tracking number (which, as can be read in my info at the top of the page, costs an extra $5.60). i can scan the receipt for you if you like but there is no way to track to parcel unfortunately. :{

Usually, there's a customs form they have you fill out, and I'll be satisfied with a scan of the receipt.
