WTB/WTC

So, yes, I know there are a lot of WTB white blouse posts, but I will be a bit more specfic here. Firstly, I would like to purchase a blouse that would match well with this dress, secondly, I have a 44inch bust, and last, but equally as important, I don't have much money to spend.

Preferrably long-sleeved as well. Or is there some sort of cutsew that you all think would work well with this dress? What else would you suggest for this outift, since it is getting rather cold here, and I doubt my bright red wool coat and fuzzy black boots would go too well.

Oh, and my feet are a size10, if that helps. Basically this means I can't buy from manny sellers online, because I am just too much of a fatty-chan. =P
