is quiieland down?

hello everyone. I just have a quick question about qutieland. I bought shoes from them over two years ago and everything went fine. but then last year my friend from my local comm bought a petie and never got it. I looked at the site today and it seems like they haven't updated since 2015. are they no longer a working business?

Well according to the tumblr blog Lolita Tips, people have been complaining about how long it's been taking for items to be shipped out (sometimes well after the timeframe some shops provide on how long it'll take things to be made) and the lack of communication.

One girl said that Qutieland sent out her package only after she opened up a Paypal dispute (no apology mind you), and another claims that they only message her via Paypal and not directly to her e-mail. Someone also alleged that in her (otherwise positive) review that Qutieland published, any mentions of the poor customer service were scrubbed. Again these are all stories people have posted to the Lolita Tips blog since February when things started going downhill.

As far as I'm aware, it looks like they're still in business, but in light of all the issues cropping up I'd say avoid them.

I don't know, but people don't get their stuff. Maybe they are insolvent? They could at least tell their customers.
