Things I wish I knew, when I was new and green

One thing I wish I knew back then was: Yes, you can mix & match themes. If it only bag/shoes, you have, you don't have to leave the house on bare feet or without a bag, but I was told by rather strict lolitas I couldn't. Especially it is relevant to heart shaped bag, because at least by my opinion is pretty much the ultimative lolita bag,

That even if I go a few weeks without getting a chance to wear lolita, that doesn't mean that I'm suddenly not a lolita anymore.

That I don't have to stick to one substyle.

That although buying blouses only in black, white and beige is practical, it's also nice to have a couple of blouses in other colours, just to add a bit more variety.

I think it is common "new lolita" miscomception about lolita lifestyle and lifestyle lolita. Big difference.

Well, small girls wear bloomers, because is easier to change diabers for the parents. Maybe is some lolitas wearing diabers under the petticoat, because they can't figure out to use toilet with petticoat. Well, I am too far out now.
But reason if ever anyone asking you about you wearing diabers when you wearing bloomers, this is actually why they ask. Not because they looks like diapers.
