Yet another annoying Bodyline question... I

Heya. So back on the 1st, I had a package ordered from Bodyline. That was a Sunday, so I assume it shipped out that Tuesday, which was the 3rd. It was a really small package, only one skirt, but it's been three weeks and it still hasn't arrived. It was shipped AIR, and I'm in the UK. From what I've read from other UK Lolitas, it's usually about 10-

From my experience, Bodyline AIR shipping is weird. I've received items before the tracking even said they'd entered the US. I've received items in about a week, and other times in a month or so. I'm not in the UK, but the AIR shipping option does say it can take up to 90 days. So it very well may take up to 90 days. Have you checked the tracking number they give you? You may be about to receive it, or there may be some weird situation with customs. I personally would maybe give it another week before I start worrying about it. Though, I'm afraid, since you got the cheaper shipping option, Bodyline might not be super willing to work with you if your package got lost.

Okay. The thing is, though, that it was actually my friend that ordered it for me, and she said she wasn't given a tracking number for it. I'm guessing that by this time it's just stuck somewhere. I'll be calm for another few days about it, although it's an annoying thought that Bodyline might not be very helpful about it. Thanks!

Hmm. Weird. I've always gotten tracking. Typically if you go to the page where you can few your order, it'll have a link that says "Track Your Order" and you can view it there. Perhaps she's not looking there?

I had an OP shipped out the same day. I'm in Ireland and my tracking hasn't picked up here either. I've had packages take a month to arrive by AIR, they could just be delayed by busy post. :-)

Hmm...so they were probably in the se batch? I'm guessing I'm over-worried about it and I'm going to give it a few more days--it's good to know that taking even longer than this is normal. :)

I saw a month or two ago China had added extra restrictions to packages going out internationally, and my shopping service mentioned stuff might take longer. Maybe that's related?

Oh...weird...Maybe that has got something to do with it? They gave more than one excuse for it, though, which ruffles me a bit. They said "the order didn't go through" and also that "things are backed up". Like honestly, it can't be both. We'll see. I'm just concerned that it won't be here before I move away! Heh...

I've places multiple orders with Bodyline and have never experienced any shipping trouble but I've heard of people in situations similar to yours I have to say it makes me nervous that their shipping isn't consistent.

It's just a bit my luck that my first order from them would have an issue--I've known so many people who've never had a problem. Heh.
