Still don't have a new apartment and time is running our very quickly >< Any place that maybe will even take us doesn't have anything open soon enough for us. I don't want to be sitting in a hotel room again for week(s)!
Butt! I did have a lot of fun at the ILD meet, made new friends who I can't wait to hang out with again, and ended up getting two shirts I probably wanted/needed anyway.
I've been desperately searching for tiny house designs that would work for me; I sew and play music, and finding room for both my piano and my fabric stash in my current house (that the rest of my family lives in, to be fair) is hard enough! I've rather given up on finding plans for one built on a trailer bed that will have room for a piano, sadly.
Anyone else have space issues? Or conflicting-ideals issues. I love tiny houses, but I don't know how I would mesh my current interests with tiny living considering how much space everything takes up. /sighs
Could anyone suggest a pair of cream/ivory "royal" themed OTK socks/tights, to match Innocent World's Union Jack High Waist jsk, in the bordeaux colourway? I'm not a fan of IW's matching socks. I did think of AP's Loyal Rosette socks in ivory, but sadly they're all sold out, and I'd rather not purchase used secondhand socks- but if anyone has (unlikely) seen them available, in new condition, please let me know! My second option was a pair of TejaJamilla's cream tights over on Etsy, but she sadly won't have any cream coloured tights available until sometime in August. Trying to find a pair of socks that will tie in navy, bordeaux, gold, and cream is a nightmare. On that note, what's the stretch like on brand socks? I'm (at the top end of) 5'8", and most OTK socks tend to be knee high socks in my case. Which is why I usually opt for tights.
I can't quite tell you how well brand socks stretch, but as far as suggestions go, have you seen this pair? There's also this pair which is still available in beige x bordeaux, though this specific shade of bordeaux might not match the exact same shade of the print.
