Promenade De Paris - To Blouse or Not to Blouse?

I recently purchased Promenade De Paris by AP and it's super cute~! Only problem is that it has a very interesting neckline. I've been wondering what type of blouse would go with it or if it would look better without one entirely since the neckline might clash with a blouse.
