Quick question to see if any one has had a similar experience or can offer advice, I bought a Liz Lisa LP through tenso.com and everything seemed fine. I entered the address that tenso gave and used an American card. The charges showed as pending for three days then disappeared. But, order history for Liz Lisa shows up and I have the points for

This is common when you use your credit/debit card to purchase from shops that don't process credit card payments very often, which is the case with Japanese shops (they have to pay a fee to process transactions, and because Japan is a cash-based society, they don't get many).
The "pending" charge was a placeholder - it disappeared because Liz Lisa hasn't processed the payment yet. If you used a debit card, just make sure you mentally subtract it from your balance until the payment is processed. I can't tell you when it will happen - could be a week, could be a month. Liz Lisa/Tokyokawaiilife processes pretty quickly, though (I've had the most trouble with SWIMMER, honestly - they sometimes take up to two months).

Anyway, it's normal, even for non-reservation purchases.

Not sure if this is the case, but many Japanese Online Stores won't charge you until they're ready to ship (unless it's a really popular item & they need to secure it with advance payment).

Liz Lisa Rakuten Store does take foreign credit card, but I am not sure about their own online store. I know their physical stores do take foreign card too though. My guess is if the order show up in your purchase history, then they went thru & you will be charge accordingly.
