Did Closet Child just give me the wrong tracking number???
Hello, EGL!
I don't know about you, but the past few times I've ordered from Closet Child, I pretty much received my order in about three days after they've marked it as shipped. They shipped my order on Monday and sent me a tracking number. I naturally followed the package along and have been anxiously waiting its arrival for the past couple days now. However, I decided to check the tracking number again today and, apparently, my package was delivered to an address in Leipzig.
I don't even live in Leipzig??? I double-checked the information I gave them and everything is correct. I also sent them a short e-mail asking for the correct tracking number, hoping that they might have just given me the wrong one.
Did anything like this ever happen to anyone before? I'm getting pretty freaked out by it. I ordered a pretty nice-looking Baby coat for a really great price, so I really hope I'm still going to get it instead of it just being sent to the wrong person. :( If I do end up not getting my coat, does CC offer refunds for lost packages? Help, I'm super worried!
