How to find lolita meet ups?

I'm just starting out in the lolita fashion and I'm really excited to meet other lolitas. I was wondering whats a good place to find meet ups in your area or if anyone knows of meet ups in Dallas, TX. Also being new to lolita please feel free to giving any tips to myself and other new lolitas reading this. I really appreciate it. Thanks :)
