It's time again, artists, to select a new piece to be featured as EGL's banner! If you're interested in submitting your lolita-themed artwork to our monthly banner contest, please visit this thread for instructions on how to enter. Remember, your art must be on a white or transparent background, and this month's deadline will be midnight, the evening of August 28th, PST. Good luck in the contest!
