Taobao Confusion - Chess Story's Le Printemps JSK

[ Taobao is confusing enough without this JSK... ]
(I'm new to LiveJournal, so if you know the HTML for how people make those open and closable segments that would be awesome as I haven't the foggiest clue. My posts don't fit in ahhhhh)

So I'm a very new lolita who has been investigating brands everywhere and ordered my first few pieces from places recently, and now I'm looking into getting my first JSK. I'm interested in the Le Primtemps JSK from Chess Story. It has a print that has both cockatiels (with top hats!) and what look to be parrotlets, and I am beyond in love with anything that has birds on it. Even if Chess Story isn't as high quality as most other brands, this print is perfect for me.

However, their listings are really confusing me.

Here are the two places I found it on their store:
http://item.taobao.com/item.htm?spm=a1z10.5.w4002-5044050165.12.Xc1Wiv&id=39242416693
http://item.taobao.com/item.htm?spm=a1z10.5.w4002-5044050165.33.Xc1Wiv&id=38114394457
As you can see there is a price disparity, but when I look around there isn't much difference. The cheaper initial one has a slightly different description that talks about deposits that Google didn't make much sense of.

I tried to do some research on this set and it seems that it was one you had to reserve, and some guessed that in June people might start selling the dress regularly.

Again, I'm really new in Lolita so I don't know if this is a normal thing. So is it that they are now selling the extras from this limited set? Is the cheap price a deposit and you end up paying a total of the larger price later? Then why the two listings? I really want to get this dress so I need to figure this out.

If anyone also has this dress and can say anything, that would be awesome. I saw one person talk about their's when researching and it was mostly positive aside from the front bows (which I wanted to take off anyways). I also can't tell if it's A-line or bell shaped or would look good with either.

Thanks for any help and clarification regarding this!
