Forgive the copy-pasting from the old thread, if you are the original poster, please feel free to mail me! I have not arranged prints in alphabetical order - if you need to find a specific print, please just Ctrl+F it in the appropriate brand expansion

Please comment in the following format, any prints you've had problems with, or ones that you've had machine/hand wash successfully. I will add them to the list.

Sweet Ribbon Strawberry (black OP) washed in cold soapy water and laid it flat to dry and the ribbons bled. I'd imagine with all the colour ways the ribbons's would bleed too, maybe not so noticeable with the red colour way. [Here]
Holy Lantern (wine cutsew) Washed it twice in handwarm water, once with mild detergent and once with shampoo (I heard it takes out bled dye), the colour bled awfully both times and the cuffs are now a nasty shade of pink that can't be removed. [Here]
Coat of Arms Tartan (switching JSK) handwashed in lukewarm water with mild detergent. Do note that you might need to brush the velvet back to one side after washing, and if you hang it to dry (like me) the clips used will leave weird indents in the velvet. They disappear if you scratch the velvet loose and then brush them back to one side. Socks and headbow of the same series can be washed as well, same detergent and lukewarm water. [ Here]
Lyrical Bunny Party (Lavender, special set JSK) The red from the strawberries bled a bit when spot cleaned. I was able to get most of the bleeding out while it was still wet, and used a fan to air it out so that it dried quickly afterwards. [ Here]
Candy sprinkle (black) handwashed and it didn't run even a tiny bit. I forgot to add color catchers, but they would have been entirely unnecessary. [ Here] (lavender) can be washed in cold water and hung to dry [ Here]

General Advice
♥ Never dry clean screenprints, hand wash instead
♥ Don't dry clean things with pearls or rhinestones
♥ Always use garment bags when machine washing to prevent snagging, and preferably turn dresses inside out
♥ Spray starch on bows that can't be removed on dresses to prevent floppy-ness after washing. Spray, you arrange the bow the way you'd like, lay flat to dry and voila! you have a perky bows again!
♥ Never use Oxyclean on a lolita garment
♥ Don't just leave things soaking without checking, prints have been known to just melt off
♥ Red, black and navy tend to run more.
♥ If you want to check whether or not a dress will run, wet a small spot (in a place that is not too obvious), and then dab a white paper towel on it to see if the color runs.
♥ If you're still a little worried about colours running, always use cold water.
♥ DO NOT hang dresses in a place directly under sunlight, it will make stuff fade.
♥ DO NOT wash in warm water, not even lukewarm.
♥ If the print runs, avoid heat and dryers! Try handwashing in cold water 2-3 more times, add half a cup of vinegar to the wash. (The vinegar preserves the print and doesn't smell when you mix it with detergent)
♥ Always remove anything detachable (bows, etc) before taking to the dry cleaners. however secure they seem, dry cleaners will lose them!
♥ Always ask the cleaners if they are able to clean a dress. Some cleaners don't know how to clean velveteen.
♥ If you use stain remover, be careful when rubbing the fabric together as the friction can cause pilling.
