Peplum Tops + Lolita Fashion = Your Opinion?
Okay, I admit it:
I suck at making nice skirt waistbands. They're functional... But I always screw up on some level and want to hide that bit of the skirt. So my question for you lovely ladies is this; Are Peplum tops acceptable in Lolita fashion? Are there certain cuts or types that would be more acceptable then others?
