Cosplay lolita?

I have a question to ask...

What do you guys think about themed lolita shoots?

I'm a bit new with lolita, but I've got a few ideas over having themed photoshoots in lolita. That is, my idea was to take fairytales, Disney Princesses, etc. and interpret them in lolita clothes. So far I've done Snow White, and my inspiration for that was shiro-loli and a little bit of guro... I wonder if they'd look too cosplay? I'm trying my best to follow the lolita guidelines, but occasionally this really comes into my mind, especially with the photos I've attached below, since I incorporated red contacts and stuffs. And I really don't want to be regarded and a cosplay lolita for various reasons :'D

I also plan on designing my own lolita dresses for the next shoots if I end up doing them [I'm currently considering Hansel & Gretel, Little Red Riding Hood and maybe Dorothy...]. I'm probably overdoing it a bit here with the red lenses, but I wanted to coordinate it with the apples and stuffs... There will definitely be no more shocking coloured contacts or eyeballs next time!

By the way, the blouse was from a Taobao shop, the JSK and RHS were from Bodyline, the socks were offbrand, and I made the headdress, eyepatch and the wristcuffs on my own.

Here are a few pictures:

TL;DR:
- Would a themed lolita shoot fall under cosplay, or a lolita?
- Does it matter if the items being worn are actually lolita goods [that is, specifically made for lolitas, such as BTSSB, AP, etc], or if the items were handmade, but follows the lolita guidelines closely?
- Considering that there are a few coordinates out there with eyepatches and hoods with cat/rabbit ears etc, would the eyepatch and the red contacts make me more of a cosplay, instead of a lolita?

Thank you for all your answers beforehand!

I'm a little scared... but here goes!
