Review: L-email wigs/wig suppliers , Positive
Hi, I have for you a review for L-email wigs. It was my first time ordering from them.
I bought these items(see for stock images):
Pink blue clip in curled wig
Dark blue pink and purple straight wig
Clip in 5 pcs in purple
Order Timeline:
1) Ordered on 22 okt, adding a comment to mark down my package.
2) Paid 22 okt
3) Received Email on 23 okt, with a order update**
4) Received email on 26 okt, with tracking number. This tracking number was a invalid number. I emailed them about this on 27th of okt. ***
5) Received reply mail on 29 okt, with the correct tracking number.
6) Package was shipped on 26th of okt. 29th of okt it was in Paris.
7) Package arrived on Halloween(31 okt)
**Also the Order updates of the orders made me a bit confused. After paying , the order was set to Delivered. I though , that can't be right. So I emailed them about it and they told me it means they send it away.
*** I got a tracking number on the 26th of oktober, but after trying it did not work. I emailed them about this and I got the right tracking number. They said the tracking numbers can change when they arrive in hongkong.
Communication: 4/5 They mailed me back within 2 days. I find that a fair time. But the issue wrong tracking number , made me a bit nervous. But they made it up, by responding so fast. And they are very friendly.
Shipping: 5/5 I choose FedEx/DHL, because I wanted to receive my wigs as soon as possible. This was the only option. They had some problems with AIR shipping at the time.
The package arrived in 5 days from the shipping date. So no delays or long wait in customs.
Packaging: 4/5 The packing material is a paper bag. No stains or rips in the package. It was sealed very tight.
They DID mark down my package as I said in the comment section when ordering.

Wigs on wig stand. Styled. As you can see they both have a l-email label on them.
Nice soft fibers, but thin. :(
Quality: 4/5 The fibers are really soft. They are not going to tangle fast. So you can comb/style the wigs easily. Only thing is that the wig are not very thick. So sometimes you see the wig-cap from the wig through the hair if you are styling them, but other then that they are so pretty. They are not shiny at all. I find them very good for there price.
Overall: Positive. L-email wigs is very fast and friendly. They respond within 2 days. There wigs are so cheap and very nice too. I did not expect this quality. I really recommend there wigs.
I definitely going to order from them again.
