Turning brand skirts into pants
Hello ladies,
this might be a rather unusual thought, but I was thinkig about alterin some of my print skirts into pants.
I don't really feel comfortable anymore in my lolita skirts and started trying boystyle which I really like a lot. Sadly, most of my AatP (which is my favourite brand) prints never came as pants.
E.g. Vampire Requiem, Midsummer Night's Dream, The Castle of Nightmare, Twighlight Circus.
I know those are pretty sought after prints and most of you would like to kill me for thinking about altering them.
However, I wanted to ask for your advice. First, any seamstresses on here who could direct me to tutorials? I looked around in the web but only found tuts for turning pants into skirts which is exactly the other way round x)
I know the fabulous princesaru did something like this to his VR corset skirt, does anyone still have a pic of that?
Also, any pictures, inspiration, advice, thoughts? I'm grateful for everything!
(yes I know that I will kill my clothes' reselling worth with altering them but I don't mind. I got them for wearing not for selling)
