Gothic lolita wigs USA review.

Let me say this, i went frantically 'researching' (more like stalking down pictures with girls with this wig) and I can say most/all of them look like the stock photo.
First off I can say i'm pretty dissapointed to start off with. I ordered the light brown wig around the 5th of april and the pre-orders where meant to come in the next week, 2 and a half months later it FINALLY came today. I tried to keep in high sprits but ever since I baught one of GLW wigs I noticed people have started giving them a bad name throughout communities.
THE QUALITY is honestly very nice!!!! Soft, easy to detangle, the netting inside is very sturdy compared to other ebay wigs i've baught.
The problem is the colour. The side bangs where cut differently also but I can live with that haha. They have little cut off brisley bits inside which make it look really nasty but an easy super comb can deal with that ;)
I wanted light brown and received a milky blonde colour. Almost a grey brown blonde colour o_o It just dosen't look brown at all.. the more I look of it, I think of either milk blonde or grey light brown
I'm in the proccess of emailing them about it, and they say that is the light brown according to the number on the tag. I showed them a picture of what I meant about the wig not really containing any brown in it, and they said
"we think it suits your skin tone very nicely. What would you like us to do?"
im.. fed up. It feels like i'm talking to a brick wall.. i'm trying to prove my point but it's just not happening .__. they offered me 20% off another wig but I already have 20% off since i waited 2 and a half months. I'm really fustrated atm.. any pro tips?
