Those aren't very Victorian. They definitely were inspired but that kind you will only find under a brand. However, oxford design boots could probably be found at thrift and consignment stores.

I think I read somewhere that secret shop actually adds a tiny bit of extra room to their shoes? it might be on clobbaonline's site.

I know for a fact that they run narrower than AP, but I have no idea about length.

Just stumbled across some Marc Jacobs shoes...not exactly inexpensive but certainly Victorian styled and pretty.
