Hi there, recently I got my wig order from Fantasy Sheep (through a group order) and my circle lenses from Geo-Lens House, and so I would like to share my experiences with you lovelies~ I know a bunch of you are probably wondering about legitimate places to buy lenses, and maybe some of you have been eying Fantasy Sheep's lolita wigs... so here! ♥
Geo-Lens House ♥ Malaysia based seller
♥ 11/10 for communication, they usually got back to me within 30 minutes via FB message when it was morning for them. They informed me when one of the prescriptions I wanted for a certain lens wasn't in stock, and I changed the order. They shipped immediately with Registered Air Mail. The package got to me in 13 days.
♥ 10/10 for price. Geo Lenses are about ~13 USD and i. Fairy are ~17 USD (very cheap for i. Fairy!). Shipping is about ~12 USD flat anywhere in the world, I believe, so I I guess it's only -extra- economical if you buy a few pairs at once like I had? I ordered 5 pairs, 4 of them being i. Fairy and 1 of them being Geo, and including shipping it came out to 96 USD :O
♥ 5/10 for variety. I wish they stocked EOS. They have a HUGE assortment, however, of i. Fairy lenses. All i. Fairy lenses that I know of, have a big range of prescription lenses available for even the most vibrant and "out there" colors, which I think Geo falls short on. The main reason why I ordered from this place was because of the i. Fairy lenses, haha. There are a bunch of red lenses to choose from which is really nice!
♥ 8/10 for packaging. The lenses were delivered in a paper envelope sealed shut within an oversized plastic wrapping thingy. The paper envelope itself got torn somehow while getting to me, which was a bit troubling, but everything was fine so the right precautions were made.
Wrapped in a bunch of white foamy material.
The lenses!
The goodies. 3 pairs of them aren't mine, can you guess which pairs are? XD
Fantasy Sheep I got my wigs from a group order, in which the administrator of it used a shopping service...so I'll just review the wigs I got. Or actually, I ordered 3 wigs, with one of them being one of the brand's lolita ones. I'll just be reviewing that one mostly since the other 2 are for cosplay.
♥ 10/10 Accuracy to picture. The color is exactly as I imagined, very natural and brown in dim light but autumny and romantic in daylight.
♥ 7/10 Photogenic quality. It photographs so so so beautifully in natural light, but doesn't look too pretty with flash. I have a few Cyperous wigs which are definitely a lot more realistic.
♥ 10/10 Thickness and fibers. There is no skin cap, but it doesn't matter because the base wig is THICK as well as the clip in ponytails.
♥ 8/10 Manageability. The base wig is very easily combed out, but the twin tails... as they are wavy, tend to get a bit messy if not stored and arranged correctly.
♥ 8/10 Comfort. The wig cap is veeeerrryy comfortable itself; Fantasy Sheep's wigs aren't small at all! But the wig clips are heavy which should be expected. :P
♥ 10/10 Price from Taobao. As things from Taobao should be, haha.
Picture from Taobao.
Right out of the bag! Couldn't juggle 2 hair falls in one hand at the same time, sorry! Sorry for camera phone pics. Was too excited to grab real camera.
Here is a picture of me with only one pigtail on the base... since I was too lazy to secure the wig onto my head with pins (so 2 pigtails would have made the wig slide off my head). But I think you can imagine how gorgeous it is with both falls clipped on. :) I really love this wig, I want it in pink now.
I'm also wearing the i. Fairy Super Crystal Blue lenses I bought from Geo-Lens House.
I hope this helped!!! I really recommend these sellers!
