Tokyo Alice review: POSITIVE!

On February 25th I ordered from the Japanese second hand store Tokyo Alice.
Ordering from them has been nothing but a pleasure!
Ordering process: 5/5
To order from Tokyo Alice you need to send them an email since their rakuten doesn't work with overseas orders so I simply sent them an email saying:
"Hi! I would like to order this item if it is in stock"
and I gave them the appropriate information.
I sent the email at 7PM EST.
They got back to me the same day, two hours later to be exact; at 9PM EST. The email read:
"There is mail thank you this time.
The order is received.
Please confirm the commodity.

We use send it by EMS（Express Mail Service）
Shipping Charge: 2400 yen

I confirmed the payment right when they sent me the email, and seeing as I used paypal, the payment went through right away.
The price of the item I thought was very good! 9800 yen for the dress to me is rather cheap, and the shipping price is the cheapest I ever had to pay! Usually when I order from Japanese stores the shipping is around 3000~3500 yen so I was pleasantly surprised at how cheap it was.

Right when I sent the payment, they took my dress, packed it up and sent it out. I got the email with my EMS tracking number three hours later at 12AM.
I received it today, March first, so it took maybe 4 days to get to me.
Packaging: 5/5
My JSK came in a medium sized shipping box:
The box was very neat and clean, and free of any dents or holes. The box was sealed with very thick packing tape.
Inside the box was the JSK neatly wrapped in plastic
It was folded very neatly as well.
