Yay! <3 My first review on the comm! (So funny that it's for a little pair of bows I made for a gift instead of an actual garment, and funny that there hasn't been one before even though I've been selling things for a little while!)
If the hairband breaks on you, let me know and I could put them on brooches for you...or make you some new ones. The hairbands I used for the ones I've made recently don't seem as strong as they should be - though I haven't had any break on me just yet, it seems like it could happen. I need to find a better source for them. XD Hopefully they will last you!
Thank you for your detailed oppinion! I was hesitant about buying from Milanoo...I might think over the lace again... But did the item look like what it was in the picture? (apart from the lace) I'm thinking about getting some everyday loli stuff from there, something which I don't have to worry too much about getting stains, dirty or anything ^__^ but it would be nice if the quality still wouldn't be too bad ^^
Yes, it was pretty right on except for the crazy lace. I would avoid it or get items with minimal lace. If you get them during a 'free shipping sale' they're not so bad, and this is an item I won't fret about getting dirty for sure.
Ok...Thanks for the hint! I'll make sure to buy as laceless as possible :3 btw, did you also buy shoes from there? Do you have an idea what they're like? ô.o
I'd be interested in if the marks do come out with a wash. People keep proposing they will but I have yet to actually see someone update with "Yes! The marks do come out!" Haha.
Otherwise, I don't think they're incredibly terrible quality. They need some work, yes but as long as people order smartly things seem to turn out 'okay.'
Yeah, definitely. The assumption is that the marks are from tailor's pencils/chalk and that they are supposed to come out. They're passable quality. Don't expect brand godliness, but for what you pay, it's not bad. The fabric is slightly stretchy and a little sheer, but it's wearable and (I hope) machine-washable. So, not bad for basic pieces.
Thanks for the review! Is the blouse supposed to open on the bottom like that? It's too bad their lace is so GAWD AWFUL.....just a heads up though, everything I've ordered from F+F has pretty nice lace now!
I guess they intended it to open at the bottom to fit over skirts if you wear it untucked but I don't like it. It really looks like it's missing a button :/ (maybe I just have a longer torso than most people?)
Augh lace! At least it looks soft though, I've had some really scratchy lace on things that I've just had to take off. And the missing bottom button seems so odd - it's proper loli to go around with your belly button showing, yo! Oh well, easily fixed! The hair bows look really cute on you :D looks like some nice quality work!
