Hehe, I'm in Vietnam (in Asia) and I was flipping through a magazine called "Tiep thi & Gia dinh" (roughly translated as Marketing&Family) and I found THIS article:

We have had many articles of lolita in Finland. Good and not so good. Also we have seen Finnish lolitas in television here.

there are regular items in the dutch magazines and newspapers, and of course television!
indeed either nice or terrible.They just dont get it about what lolita is.
I hope another dutch lolita could give the links to the articles etc.
