D*Con?

I wasn't able to find any info on the Atlanta Lolita LJ, so I figured it wouldn't hurt to ask here. ^^

Just wondering if there were any loli meet-ups planned for Dragon*Con and if so where and when? Unfortunately my only con-going lolita buddy won't be able to make it to D*Con, so it'd be great to meet up with some folks. :D

From what I know nothing has been officially planned, but there will be various lolitas there in general, me included.

I'll be helping a friend with hre bazzar table but I'll be in lolita all weekend. Also hitting the acquarium since there was that DCon special night time rate :3

I'll be there! Come to the Alternate History track Steampunk Fashion Show! There are bound to be a ton of people there and some loli inspired designs, I'll be in the show too. <3

Normally, I host a tea party at the Ritz, but when I called to make reservations this year, I found out that they no longer serve tea! So, it looks like there will be a tea party in the con suite, but I need to confirm that with the anachrotrack director at a meeting I'm having with her tonight. I'll definitely be posting to egl about it within the next day. Sorry to keep everyone in the dark!

I know, right? I called up a few weeks ago to schedule the tea party. I normally schedule the tea about a month before the convention, and so I wasn't thinking there would be difficulties. When I called the lady said they didn't do tea service anymore, and she said they hadn't been for a few months. Apparently they overhauled their lobby lounge and decided to trade tea service for specialty tea cocktails. She said there wasn't anything they could do for me.
