The babies are still kicking around inside; they seem reasonably content. Their estimated weight is about 5 pounds each, which is a bit small for a single baby at this stage, but the doctor assured me that they both are showing all the signs of being healthy, so we are not to worry about it. I know I've been eating really well, and was a bit disappointed to hear that they were not as big as I thought they would be. I estimated that they would be 5 1/2 pound each, instead of just 5 pounds. But, maybe I just think the bump is heavier than it really is.
Possibly next week, we might be able to make a decision about whether or not to consider inducing labour. That is, unless the babies decide to make a grand arrival before that. I'm prepared to lose at least 10 pounds of weight to carry around and 1.5 litres of blood in the next week or two, and gain 2 babies. It's amazing and scary all at the same time!
I have a busy day on Tuesday with Twins Parenting class in the morning, and the first night of Chinese class in the evening. I could really do with the babies waiting until Wednesday of this week.
