Janet returns to the room caring a cup of coffee and a file. She softly nudges him, he silently wakes and takes the cup of coffee from her.
Janet: "Good morning sir. I hope you did not sleep here all night."
Nifune: "I couldn't sleep last night and decided to come here."
Janet: "Funny I never think of this as a place to sleep."
Nifune: "What's this file you are handing me?"
Janet: "It's the new offerings in US securities in Africa."
Nifune opens the file full of maps and vouchers. He takes out the voucher for sustainable energy in Africa.
Janet "In your mail this morning you got a letter from Mitsuhiro Mitsubishi and from Shinji Kawabata. You also have two very large sell offs and withdrawls by two of your personal clients from Hong Kong. Mr. Shu and Mr. Choy."
Nifune: "Wow you have been busy this morning. Who is first on your list of people for me to see?"
Nifune puts down the file and starts to brows the mail.
Janet: "Ha, I'm not your secretary, but she is incompetent and beautiful as the one before her."
Nifune: "You're hard on my secretaries, but still I do not believe you have someone for me to either greet, impress or be kind to today. Have it out who are they?"
Janet: "I actually have no one. The board has told me to keep you on a strict diet of Africa with this new assignment and that's what I intend to do boss. So stay focus for the both of us."
Nifune: "Who did you give the..."
Janet: "They're going to Gareth."
Nifune: "Who?"
Janet: "The guy who closed the Sapporo accounts."
Nifune: "Are you sure he's up to handle it?"
Janet: "The boys got a crush on me and is dying to prove himself I think he can handle it, or at least will die trying."
Nifune: "Ya to get you into bed."
Janet: "What?"
Nifune: "Fine alright he can have the accounts, but I want him to report back to me on this. Many of these clients are personal friends or like extended family and quiet frankly they don't take nicely to gaijin, but considering how much the Sapporo accounts have grown I suppose I owe him. Janet send him to me when he is done with his revisions."
Janet: "I'll have your secretary do that I have to start compiling a plan for Africa and you need to pick a geographical area to carve out for our company."
Nifune gets stern as he reads his last letter.
Nifune: "Alright Mrs. Lee. Is that all?"
Janet: "It is boss. I'll go and send Gareth when he hands me the report."
Janet leaves a little weirded out by her bosses mood swings. When she has left and closed the doors close Nifune turns his computer screen on and pours himself a drink from his drawer cabinet. He lights a cigarette and takes a drag and he gets a phone call on his cell phone. He looks at who is calling and picks up the phone.

Nifune: "Good morning, you're up early on this beautiful day."
Takashi: "Good morning to you little brother, and what a fine day it is. How is work?"
Nifune: "Funny you ask, not so well, and how fares the family business? Any word from Dad?"
Takashi: "What is the work of a slave so great to exhaust my dear brother? Should I send Sara or Lauren over to cheer you up?"
Nifune: "Ha, no, after last time that might not be such a good idea, and some how I think that might have been all a plan of yours to ruin our families good name."
Takashi: "You guess correctly brother, but only the first time when you assumed I called because Dad has sent us an early birthday gift."
Nifune: "But it is his birthday that is next week."
Takashi: "Yes, I know, but he wishes us to come home. He sends words that he has dealt with the council and talked to the Triad Grandfathers."
Nifune: "How am I to leave?"
Takashi: "I'll fill you in on the details tonight."
Nifune becomes distracted by what he sees in on his computer screen.
Nifune: "Where?"
Takashi: "Dinner first?"
Nifune: "Sure, that will give me time to investigate something a little further?"
Takashi: "Something wrong?"
Nifune: "I don't know, but if there is I'll tell you over dinner."
Takashi: "Let's leave picking a place to your secretary she always picks the best food. What is her name?""
Nifune: "Janet Lee and she's not my secretary."
Takashi: "Touchy Touchy today of days of good news. Are you sure you don't want me to send someone over I mean I could even look into a real porn star if you wanted."
Nifune: "That's enough. I'll see you at 8:00 for dinner."
Takashi: "Take Care."
Nifune: "You too."
