Coffee Prince..
I'm on the 10th episode of My Name is Kim Sam-Soon. Just 6 more episodes till the end :) I wonder what's gonna happen.
But, I showed a friend of mine the first 2 episodes of Coffee Prince a couple days ago, and all I can think about is that show... I can't help it, but every show I watch I compare it to Coffee Prince, and so far, nothing has come close.
When I started watching that show last year, it was when it was airing, and I was watching 2 other "gender bender" shows at the time.. Hana Kimi, and.. I forget what the other show was, but I was kind of reluctant to start watching yet another show with gender bending.. but... just the first episode had me hooked.. and the second episode even more hooked.
Watching that show was what I like to call the emotional roller coaster of Coffee Prince. It's so superb in everything it is, that I just want to watch it again and again. Aside from Coffee Prince, I have not watched any show more than once. Everything is just gorgeous in it's own way. The directing especially was so beautifully done, and everything was shot for a REASON. Even the sets had their own story and character.
Gong Yoo and Yoon Eun Hye.. I mean, how much better can you get?? Gong Yoo put on such an amazing performance I might dare to say it is his best performance I've ever seen, and of course YEH was as amazing and beautiful as she always is. She thrusts herself into her characters with such heart.. she cried at the end of filming because she didn't want to let Go Eun Chan go.. ALL the actors and actresses were just.. ugh. Even my MOM got hooked on the show. I have never seen her so hooked on something in all my life.
It's my favorite show of all time.
TALKING ABOUT IT MAKES ME JUST WANT TO WATCH IT ALL OVER AGAIN.
If there was one show I could recommend to anyone, it would be this show. Seriously.
Watch it. WATCH IT. WATCH IT. WATCH IT.
